CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals, we appreciate early notifications regarding changes to or cancellations of your reservation. This helps us manage our bookings more efficiently and offer our services to other guests.

Full Refund: Cancellations made a week or more before check-in will receive a full refund.

75% Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in will receive a 75% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

Making Changes/Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to your reservation can be made by emailing us at info@swannyrv.com or by contacting our property manager at 918-705-0371. Be sure to keep your booking confirmation email.
RESERVATIONS POLICY:
All reservations/bookings must be made in advance through our website or by calling our property manager at 918-705-0371. If spaces are available the day of booking, you are welcome to place the booking/reservation order on our website or by phone. Our property works on a first come, first serve basis. We are always happy to accommodate our guests on short notice if we have spaces available.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect your fellow campers and keep noise to a minimum.
EXTENDED STAY POLICY:
Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals welcomes guests for both short-term and extended stays. To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, the following policy applies to extended stays of 7 days or more:​
Extended Stay Renewals

Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the original booking period must submit a renewal request no later than two (2) days before the current reservation ends.

Approval of extended stays is subject to availability and management discretion.

Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals reserves the right to refuse renewal of any extended stay reservation for any reason, including but not limited to availability, conduct, or violation of park policies.
Guest Conduct and Policy Violations

Guests are expected to comply with all posted park rules and policies. Failure to do so may result in termination of the current booking and eviction from the property.

Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals reserves the right to terminate a booking at any time if a guest violates park rules or engages in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of management.
Failure to Renew or Depart

Guests who fail to renew their extended stay before the end of their current booking may be considered in violation of this policy and are subject to immediate removal from the property.

Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals reserves the right to evict any guest who remains on the premises beyond their paid reservation period, especially if renewal was not confirmed in advance.
Right to Refuse Service

Swanny RV Park & Cabin Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any lawful reason, including refusal to comply with park policies or prior conduct during previous stays.
